Update -
PSW cannot process the check rebills that signed up under their old system, so they have cancelled those accounts. However, they have credited me with the amount that SHOULD have been rebilled (over 2 months worth). Apart from emailing my check clients, this issue is now closed for me, as I no longer use PSW for check signups.
If you're a PSW client and they have not actively offered you the credit adjustment then I suggest you take it up with them.
