well I finnally got myself to go run first time in probably a year
was able to run for about 20 minutes not to bad to get started

I started Gracie Jiu Jitsu about 3 months ago, I've gone down from 260lbs to 240lbs. Great workout, after 5 minutes on the ground breathing becomes difficullt.
