APRIL 15--Meet Richard Carman. The 67-year-old Georgia retiree was arrested yesterday and charged with public indecency for allegedly mowing his lawn in the nude.
After a shocked neighbor called 911, cops responded to Carman's crib and found the pensioner naked in his backyard (Carman told cops he was seeking an "even tan"). According to police, Carman was seen astride a green riding mower.
After posting $5550 bail on the misdemeanor count, Carman was released from the Gwinnett County Detention Center, where the below mug shot was taken.
