The shows attitudes have changed, affiliates once attended these shows in the masses. I remember Vegas in 1998/99 and New Orleans in 2000 ( IA2000 ). Those were filled shows, and mostly good times!
We need to find a way to get these 'affiliates' & smaller companies to attend again. The days of 50-150k shows for a sponsor are mostly over. Remember the days when HUMMERS & RV'S sat with hot girls on the show floors ?
We may attend Vegas, but we won't be buying show space on the floor. Suite parties are a better way to roll nowdays..atleast for us.
