What about the branding? Afterall, that's what MANY show sponsors are doing, or at least DID in the past...spent money KNOWING their only benefit was the branding. AVN made a MINT in the past on these shows and you can't honestly tell me that "Branding" wasn't at least partially a selling feature. Now the shoe is on the other foot and AVN has the same chance they were offering their sponsors for years...brand their name by giving back to the industry. Surely AVN isn't a charity their sponsors were donating to.
Not meaning to be a dick btw, but he gave a genuine response and you found it laughable.
I GUARANTEE you, that if you opened up your books and showed potential sponsors that you ARE doing it for the good of the entire industry as opposed to making a profit, sponsorships would increase. Probably not to the level they were 4 or 5 years ago, but to a better level than they are today.
