Yep, very true, Alexa is just one measure of data, and while not perfect, it can certainly give a rough idea as to traffic levels.
If you instead were to look at, for instance, the most highly reviewed Shemale sites, you would find that Grooby Bucks does indeed have 3 of the top 10.
