Here's some free advice for republican steering comittees: The best way to let a democrat trip up is to give them as much rope as they want. They are not like you. They do not employ a huge rubber stamp when they gain power. They fight amongst themselves. Hence phrases such as "blue dogs". As soon as you hear that, you know the demo's are fractured. Apply wedge and push.
