Not in va.. I open carry all over Northern Virginia here.

NH i do not know the laws. But you cannot be disarmed unlessed you are being detained by police. And to be detained by police you have to have commited a crime or being placed under arrest.

This is a very touchy situation where laws vs rights vs common knowledge come into play.

If he is unlawfully disarmed or removed would it be a violation of his rights? It could be a payday for him.
