Ofcourse that's not OK. The problem is that newbies do not know how to spam. Maybe one day a newbie will come here trying to get some clicks for amateurpages.com pay per click program.
I'm sure that if you wanted to spam something you could find a way so it wouldn't look as spam. Am I right?
