In order to excel in any business you have to become an expert in your chosen niche
Right now I am an expert in sending search engine traffic to paysites. I will one day be an expert in sending search engine traffic to webcams.
I am going to learn the ins-and-outs of the webcams business, the sites, the terminology, the business patterns, the webcam girls... I am going to immerse myself in it.
Thats the only way to excel in anything.
As far as conversions -- it takes getting traffic consisting of people who are already looking for webcams in the first place. I much prefer to deal with people who are already interested in webcams rather than trying to convince a surfer who was looking for something else.
Like the old saying goes: Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, either way you are right.
