Check out Beach Club in Hallandale Beach; look them up and call them and ask if they have rentals. They probably have a list of condo rentals and/or can direct you to the most active agent that handles leasing for the complex.
They have a ton of condo owners there that bought during the bubble and would be happy to make a few dollars.
You may want to pretend it's at least a six month lease when you call the actual building...I don't know if their bylaws prevent short-term rentals, but I'm sure owners/agents will be more accommodating.
