you'll set it up.. and then you just wait for completion. Needs ~1min clicking and then the computer has to do it's job. I let it run on a 1.3 Ghz Athlon.. needs ~3-4h for a 90 min movie (one pass encoding). But better is if you go for 2 pass encoding
