For what sounds like an 17 - 21 year old kid, I at least give him props for not blowing the money on girls, booze, dope, cars, and toys and shit. Even if it has a 20 year RIO he still has something of value and income producing where as 99% of the kids his age would have blown the money. But yeah, his rationalizations are so far out in left field he is over in China.
The one thing the kid can do wrong now is to partner up with someone else and either give up part ownership in the domain, to borrow against, etc... Just don't fuck with it, make your 20 - 30K a year from it, and let it appreciate over time. Some how i just get the feeling he will either need to sell because he will need cash some time so, so he dumps it for a lot less than he paid for it or he will be giving part of it away to someone else to get a cam site going. Scary.
