so wait a minute... those kids aren't beat up by their parents or anything... those kids simply "misbehave" in school, perhaps are too fat or go to bed too late.. and therefore this become a justification for putting big brother cameras in their homes?!?
But people are so dumbed down and brainwashed they'll probably go along with it seing nothing wrong there...
