I would normally not argue your point EXCEPT as it pertains to the cigarette burns. In our suites we made sure there were ashtrays EVERYWHERE......and I mean EVERYWHERE. We had at least 40 ash trays in the room....most flat surfaces had several ashtrays!! Yet in our last suite there were 164 cigarette holes in the carpet....yes, someone counted and photographed them all.
So....to make your point.....yes, drunk people sometimes fall down and knock things over....and that is understandable when you need a co-signer to buy all of the alcohol....hehehe......but the cigarette holes are just people being sorry, imo.
