I think they made this program to help the car producers sell more cars, not to help you get a new ride. They don't give a shit if you drive a new or old car, they probably tax old cars more than new
New cars is also cleaner and cause less pollution, so if you do not do this you are the reason we will see global warming..Thanks a lot!
