The 2 years i have been helping adult companies with placement, ie.. marketing, operations and tech jobs i haven't really seen a big decline in adult companies hiring. I see them making more sound decisions on who they hire, more quality then quanity. As it comes to salaries there might of been a little dip but still employers don't mind spending the money on employees that are results-driven and have a good track record!
