I think almsot any Manu Chao. Just because they weren't mentioned yet, here are 2 I like:
this one was directed by Emir Kusturica and the looneys in the video are real interns from the biggest madhouse in Buenos Aires, they've a radio called "La Colifata" (lunfardo -slang- for "The Crazy Woman")
Besides being a great and creative musician/lyricist he's a great person. As an example, I work for an organization that takes poor kids from the street here in Buenos Aires. In 2000 we opened our house with a party in the street and Manu found out about that and he shown up and played 6 songs. The only thing he got out of it was a few (plastic) cups of cheap wine, a t-shirt painted by our kids and our eternal gratitude.
