With stats remote you can see ccbill individual programs/sites by right clicking on ccbill and choosing 'show details' Same with epoch I believe. Statsremote has a beta version thats supposed to have some great features but its been beta forever and I'm not holding my breath on a final release.
There's a third stats option called Unified Stats but i haven't used it recent enough to recommend it.
I think whichever one ends up integrating some sort of payment verification comboed with accounting software will be the winner.
