I love it
I've used Grand Central (now Google Voice) since it's inception.
It was pretty quirky in the beginning but G has added a ton of enhancements.
I use the call recording feature on a regular basis (press 4 anytime). Clients like it too when you offer to send them a hardcopy recording of your phone conversation. Saves a lot of note taking.
Seems to be a thorn in Apples side though
