as soon as you send the request you'll get an auto-reply. then in about a week or two, you'll get notified that they've taken a look at it.
unfortunately they don't tell you the outcome of their review, you just have to keep checking the serps and see if your rankings come back.

Well I have not found any security holes...other than the fact that most of the sites were in php and used SQL. Some have told me that php is very vunerable. Some have told me that it is my host that needs to protect me from such vunerabilities...but my hosts only response was ...that my sites were hacked.
All I told google was that I was hacked and had taken all of the sites down and that I had put up a couple of new sites and asked for a review.
