When you, and affiliate signs up to a site to promote, in your case, CCBill, isn't it very clear at the sign up what you get representing the site? At the time you signed up, we were not paying for "trials."

WE do not control the money, and it was clear to you when you signed up that we were not paying for trials.
Incidently, we ran that special a few times, and did not like it. Since then, we've never had any trials as we don't feel they produce.
Regardless of what we offer, or how we run our business, the fact is that you had prior knowledge that trials (at the time you signed up) were not being paid and now you have the fucking nerve to start this thread and call us thieves.

So now you are telling me ( actually Nicky, but hey... I had some of those "trials-so-forget-about-your-cash-sales" myself ) that it was very clear stated at your signup or webmaster page any trial sales were not paid to affiliates at all ??
I read the terms and couldnt find anything about trials being paid or not. What does surprise me is that in your terms you explicitly mention that your site cannot be promoted by using the words "full nude"or "sex" because of possible chargebacks etc etc. but that you do use the following in your html of your tour :
