I have never had my car searched and I do not personally know anyone that has had their car searched. I am talking about a road check, where your driving down the road and come across a road block checking every automobile. Everybody driving that way has to stop and present their papers and become subject to search. Thats in the state of Virginia right now I am in Minnasota and have never had or heard of that happening in this state.
