Absolutely tell him that you do not approve. Don't even think twice about it. I had a similar experience once with one of my sites (different from your site), but the point is the same. When someone suggests doing something that is inappropriate you may be the last line of defense.

The member knows that what he wants to do is wrong but since you are part of his fantasy he is basically asking YOU if it's okay to act this way. If you tell him NO, he will realize that he has gone too far. This is a case where you have to tell him that he is crossing the line. The price of the membership is insignificant at this point. Tell him he's gone too far.

This may seem like an over the top response, but do the right thing. He will probably email you back agreeing with you and thanking you.
