Would this work? (self-shot content store)
Just a random idea I had: set up a site where amateur models can upload their own picture sets (after their docs have been verified, of course), which webmasters can then buy.
Self-shot amateur content is pretty popular, so it seems to me that it could work work, especially since overhead should be pretty low. Although legal issues might be a problem, I suppose.
(and no, I'm not actually going to do this, so feel free to use the idea if it isn't as dumb as I suspect it might be)
