The "Genius" was some chick barely 18 or so... She was nice and pleasant but it seemed that I had to explain the problem to her 4x and that It was "intermittent" so meaning it happens out of nowhere and it could not be recreated on the spot... I think they were so swamped and my phone was under warranty she just gave me new one...
But the bitch in the "Orange" was another story....
