The wheels are too small and narrow and the trucks appear to be Tracker. And though the mounting holes appear to be old school, the only orange colored bushings that Tracker has are the gumballs (medium) and they are fairly new.

The roses, they are old school theme. I should of explained my thaught bit better ;-) Artist mixed it up for a great piece
