judge laughed them out of court - not sure why they chose go that route when i'm sure that Pornhub and all the big tube sites have Teen Revenue videos on them -proving that Pornhub and other tube sites in no way meet the criteria for safe harbor protection under the DMCA is far easier than the anti-trust argument.
