Look, I'm all for letting people buy what they want to buy, etc. But Mike's right, unless there's a Libertarian in office, we're going to have situations like this, and people can either play it smart or play it stupid. This guy chose to play it stupid. Or maybe they don't have UPS or FedEx where he lives?
