I had several tanks in the past (and damn near everytime I go to the petstore I stare at the tanks lol), but I am not really looking to get back into it. I move around too much to set up a tank I'd enjoy, and to be honest, I haven't seen a fish I'd like to keep in a long time.

I have had both fresh and salt set ups - salt water tanks are very cool IF you have the right equipment to keep them nice. Either way, I suggest to buy the best shit you can find (if the local shop doesn't have it, buy a magazine and check out the ads or shop online), because it will make a big difference in the maintainence of the set up and the health of your fish. Also, the bigger the tank, the better off you'll be (more room for the fish, and larger tanks tend to be more stable - less stress doing smaller water changes/cleanings more frequently than a big clean-up once/month)
