I actually never thought of it that way... in my mind mother/daughter sex scenes was about the coolest thing.

I think it has something to do with when you become a man and know that those boundaries are never crossed.
Mother daughter boundaries however are... because they develop this relationship during childhood which then evolves into complete "sharing" of mental and physical relationships.
You need to be a man to know the difference though
