...kind of. I guess the main difference would be that in this case we are mainly dealing with companies rather than individuals. And we pay the publisher X amount of dollars upfront which is better for them.. Also since we are usually talking higher volumes of sales, the CPA or the "per sign up" rate is being negotiated first.
