Woman surfer? no. I've never taken submissions from random surfers for any of my sites ever.

Models though? Absolutely. I've had many models submit photots and then later request they be removed, mostly due to them deciding to get out of the business or they get a jealous boyfriend and they want their content removed. Releases or not I've pretty much always honored those requests.
