I do not think you can consider 100-years to be infinite. 100-years is 100-years. That is 4 human generations -- and from an evolutionary point of view, four generations is nothing. You might see evolutionary change over 1,000 generations, but only if selection and chance combine with time.

Many creationists would be well served to read some books dealing with evolution, such as Making of the Fittest, or Climbing Mount Improbable to have a better understanding of the time and chance involved in the selection process.
