Well then you know all about a good meal. Tell them if they want to get a traditional southern meal without having to cook it, they need to stop at the Georgia State Farmers Market in Forest Park, Georgia. It is 100 feet off of I-75 so they cannot miss it. The restaraunt is called "Thomas' Restaraunt" and you talk about good. Remember VooMan? From Brooklyn? He goes in there about once a week with us and has Turkey and Dressing, Fried Okra, and Cornbread.....he says he wil never eat Stuffing again

It's not one of those big ole 'spensive Wanderlodges, but it's got all the same comforts.

I am absolutely sure that it rolled down the Wanderlodge Assembly line, so it really don't matter what name plate they put on it

Just heard from them a while ago. Looking at the APRS, they're just south of Atlanta. Planning on staying somewhere in Macon tonight and Monday night, since there isn't anything much in Ft Valley. Planning on hitting the commissary at the AFB to stock up after they take delivery. Thought they'd have to go over to Ft Benning to do that, but then remembered the AFB.

Robins AFB has the MACDADDY of commissary's....he will think he died and went to heaven

As you know Bluebird has a nice campground there for their customers. They're gonna take it on a shakedown in the next few weeks, sticking down around the South in case they have to get back to Ft Valley for something.

Ah yes, it's called The Birds Nest and it is availble to anyone who owns one of these bad boys. They serve two hot meals a day and all the free hookups for as long as you own the rig....and if your's is being serviced, you can use one of theirs

Kind of a sweet deal if you ask me!
I am assuming your father is military based on what you are saying...tell him he owes it to himself to go down Hwy 49 South from Fort Valley to Andersonville to see the Civil War Prison....there is a ton of history there and any veteran will surely get a lump in their throat. If he goes another 12 miles South on 49 he will hit Americus Georgia, childhood home of the founder of NatNet....me
