Silly little girls and silly little boys need to hit rock bottom before they can get their shit together. No quantity of understanding, intervention, coddling, or softly softly crap does anything especially if there are substance issues. Seen it time and time again and its only when the brats make a choice to get it together that they can be helped. In fact the more understanding and 'help' they get the worse the problem usually gets.
