They left it down until I arrived to the office the next morning and made no effort to restore service during that time until I called to yell at them. Even when I called to get service restored it took nearly 4-6 hours to do so. I refused to deal with their bs and was on the phone with Tony that monday and fully hosted on Natnet the same day.

How's that for a testimonial, and I came from the so-called best Rackspace to Natnet ;)
