I'm gonna wait til my friend comes online before I answer. I could be wrong and I'd rather just enjoy watching this than argue when I'm not sure I'm right. ;)
I personally think it's more like if you give a stranger a key to your car, they drive it and crash it, you can't sue them for wrecking your car or have them arrested for stealing it, but I want to doublecheck.
I would think, once Richie Rich has to tell the judge he voluntarily gave the guy his password and voluntarily deleted all his other sites, I think Richie's case of "I had my site deleted, he owes me" goes out the window.
But again, I could be wrong. Once my friend who's a lawyer comes on I'll doublecheck. ;)
