what part of "1 child per person" doesn't make sense? One man... one woman... 2 kids allowed. If he remarries, and the new wife has no kids, she can have one. When the limit is reached, they would be required to be on birth control and or "get fixed".
It would be cheaper to pay for sterilizing them than to pay them every month to spit out kids they can't afford/don't want/etc. If they have more than the limit, a huge fine and jail time depending on the situation would be ideal.The kid would be taken away and put up for adoption.
imo people should be able to have as many
adopted kids as they want. It's "new" births that are the problem.
