From what i can tell, it could have been down for a max of 2 days, which is horrible ... i had a huge deal at work, and last night the party at GoGoBars ... couldnt check stats.

Better find some better buddies. I personally would like to know who this guy is, so I never do business with him.
I have about 3 or 4 of my sites trading with your ebony TGP. I haven't removed you YET. But if this happens again, it's over permanently.
I am, however, having my webmasters remove any perm links to your ebony site for at least 24 hours, or until you have sent enough to make up what was lost is traffic there.
Again... find better partners/buddies.
