I just want to let you know that the billing company you use not are
ready for the international market. Here is the answer I got when I
unsucessfully tried to sign up to one of your sites.

Unfortunately the way our sign up page is set up at this time it does
not work with international characters because we are based in the
United States but we are working on improve our pages all the time.
