Joe owns swingersspace, yes. There are no partners on it.
To say the least, Joe is a freelance sales, marketing and PR person so his resume is vast. His resume is not for sale here, however I can see how one would think that it's a good indicator to the site's worth. At the same time, the site is profitable as it stands and that is the key point here. If someone wants to walk into a website that already has a user-base, traffic and an income I would say this is a good site to look at.
If you insist on homework being done, then know that Joe and I are friends and I posted this in an effort to assist him. I do not work with or for Joe at the moment. I am employed by
www.xLive.com. Helping him sell a website is not dragging anyone down and I find that a strange way of phrasing help.
Back on topic: The site is alive and well, and earning.
