Same here. I'm not talking about all cops.
I'm not really talking about these cops actually.
I never once said these cops did anything illegal or against police policy.
It's the procedure that bothers me.
It's almost like possession of drugs is up there with terrorism.
Millions of people have drugs and that "arrest" didn't slow the flow of drugs so why
the dangerous procedure of choking? Especially when the officer has to assume
the drugs can be spit out. If already swallowed then they can't be spit out and
the choke is doing nothing but killing the person.
And I hear the argument that the suspect could kill themselves by swallowing drugs.
But yet the ones who make that argument don't seem to mind that the guy died
from choking.
What's the point of trying to "save" a life when one does not care about the life anyway.
"Welcome to America where we are going to save your life even if we have to kill you".
