Did you READ any of the articles on this incident or just watch the video? Since you'd rather hurl accusations then just answer the damned question I looked it up. They aren't even sure what killed this guy yet. Until the full report is in it's just as likely he died from the bag of meth he put in his mouth than from the beat down he sustained.
Sorry you're such a baby, but any way you slice it the reason this guy is dead is because he made the decission to put a bag of meth in his mouth and refused to spit it out. If the cop choked him to death then he should be punished for doing so, but if anyone should be asked the question, "Was it worth it?", it should be him.
