I think it has more to do with money than any concern by the caring and sensitive govt. over our health and well being. Cigarettes kill millions of people every year...and I believe people should have the right to smoke if they choose....but if it's all about health and not money, then why do they just keep taxing the fuck out of smokes instead of making them illegal?
We could go deep into this if we compare it to alcohol and cigarettes. I understand what you're saying.
