I think it depends you know? If you have a fair-good chance of pulling through alright with a little resuscitation then why would you wear this?

If you have gone without breathing for too long and will end up a permanent brain dead hospital vegetable than I agree with you-who needs to be "alive" for that.

I wouldn't wear that because (**knocks on wood**) you just never know what life has in store.....
