Problem is that FTC will go after people based on amount of complaints, not the amount of complaints per 1000 of customers as they obviously do not know that. So they will crack down on one or more of the larger players in the area not knowing if their claims is true or not. Wasn't that what happened with soulcash (correct the name if I'm mistaken) ?
Don't forget they got DEEP pockets and they follow through to the end unless you settle.
Not to forget in the adult space most designs is made in the Philippines by a designer who was given some keywords that "sell" but he never saw what is actually being sold (the members area)
