I own the logo Brand Lic reg trademark to the exact words SUN DEVIL ANGELS.
ASU is all about Arizona Sun Devils - First titled State in which School resides Arizona
Second, Devils as in plural , and tended as for males, sports, Sparky the Mascot.
Third, SUN meaning anywhere in the world that is referred to SUN sun light.
Desert theme = Sun.
Angels in my case refers to females, nothing to do with ASU or school related activities.
Lets see: Sun Devil Auto, Sun Devil Tinting, Sun Devil Auto Tinting, Sun Devil Air Condition Services, Sun Devil Deliveries, Sun Devil Glass, there are so many companies that use Sun Devil, that it would be unconstitutional to come after just me and Sun Devil Angels, just because it is porn. If ASU was to win and i had to change then so would every single company that has Sun Devil in the title of their business!
SUN DEVIL ANGELS I own it! Go to the Library of Congress and look it up, I own own it!
So if anyone is afraid to promote and sell my site, then that is their loss. I own Sun Devil Angels, bottom line and I own for the next 20 years.
