hate to break it to you... but there is no such thing as universal rights. rights are granted to men by law. free will has nothing to do with law. prostitution is illegal and your argument demands that its a universal right. buying heroin is illegal and you are arguing that its a universal right... "consent" between two people doesn't equate to "its my right to do that". the law determines what you can and can't do.
and having something in your possession has NOTHING to do with "speech"
