As I said, democracy is not only about majority, but also constitutional rights. This is about free speech... and I also think most webmasters on this forum, and other true democratic countries, share my view.

what is "free speech"? you are attempting to apply a subjective, broad definition (your own). possessing cp isn't free speech. possessing bestiality isn't free speech. yelling "FIRE" in a movie theater isn't free speech. mailing your favorite Max Hardcore rape scenes to Jesusland Alabama, isn't free speech.
you seem to be under the mistaken impression that the US Constitution applies to the Ukraine or that "freedom of speech" is not without limitations.
